A prominent position is held within the museum by the statues of the Wreath-Crowned Apollo and that of Thisseus with the Amazon Antiope. The Museum is adjacent to the archaeological site of Eretria, which facilitates its comprehension by the visitors. The archaeological findings cover the whole spectre of the habitation of the area, from the Copper Age to the Roman Era.
